  • 76 mm SMOKE GRENADE LAUNCHER SGL-1TH
    Purpose :
    The launcher is mounted on combat vehicles (tank type, or similar exceeding 6 m in length) and together with the 76 mm IR/RP smoke grenade SG-1TH is intended to provide protection for armoured vehicles against weapons using active means with illumination of radiolocation or laser. The 76 mm smoke grenade launcher SGL-1TH can be used with Warning and Protection System for Extended Spectrum Laser and Radar illumination (SAPLAR*) for 76 mm IR/RP Smoke Grenade SG-1TH. This product acronym is CAPLAR-SGL-1TH. The system is designed to obtain the maximum amount of information regarding threats as well as maximizing the masking effect obtained by launching and operating smoke grenades.
